Shipping and Delivery

To make your life simple, we offer free shipping (US Domestic only) of all our products. If you need to make a return, we will cover that cost as well.

Returns - Exchanges – Refunds to PastoriFootwear.com 

If products do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund.

In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods will be covered by Pastori  (US Domestic only).

You are entitled to return any “In Stock” product ordered via the PastoriFootwear.com website within the fifteen (15) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

To begin a return, simply email us with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange and we will send you a shipping label to use.

You must enclose the original documentation with your returns or a copy if you are returning part of your order. For items received as a gift obtained from the PastoriFootwear.com website, you are only entitled to a product exchange. Only one exchange by item will be honored.

If you ask for a refund, Pastori will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting credit card. 

All returns can be credited towards any other item or items available on the Pastori website store.

Pastori has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to Pastori, LLC. 

Pastori will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the PastoriFootwear.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

We do not currently exchange or allow refunds for products purchased in Pastori stores via the PastoriFootwear.com website.
